Pretties Wednesday Challenge 102

Welcome back for another Prettie Challenge.  This week - as every first Wednesday of the month is our sketch challenge by Frances.  Here is a pic of the sketch for you:

Its hard to see but I used a piece of double sided tape to make a border of glitter where the dp meets the blue.    There is also glitter on all the flowers.  Now hop on over to see Jules and what she's made for you! Pin It
