Simply Adorned
Have you seen the Simply Adorned jewelry in the catalogue? I think it is such a neat idea that I had to order a bracelet for myself. I was so impressed with the quality of the jewelry. The charms have some real weight to them and the the pearl and gems from the occassions mini are really pretty! I decorated up my bracelet like this:

Train Wreck!
UGH! Well, I'm still on the mend from pneumonia and now I've hurt my back - I have no idea how it happend, all I did was clean my house, but nevertheless, my lower back is in complete spasm and I'm off work by Dr's order until Monday. I do have some stamping goodness to share with you, but I won't get those pics up until tomorrow. I'm going to try and hobble down the stairs to take some pics after my pain meds kick in.
For now, I thought I'd share some more pics of our new baby - Charlie. He's fitting right in!

I'mmmmmm Baaaaaack!
Wowsa! 16 stinking days sick and I just today finally feel like I'm on the mend! Thank God for the amazing immune systems he gave us that can fight back against these viruses! I'm still coughing and blowing my nose like crazy but I'll be back at work this week and I'm back to stamping! YAY! I'll have some eye candy for you later this week! Andy and I have a date day planned on Tuesday in our cuddle room - AKA video game/stamping space - so I plan on stamping my heart out! Thanks for hanging in there while I've been on the mend!

Just a Note
to let you all know that my Dr. thinks I am likely in the process of getting the same thing that landed my husband in the hospital for 5 days so I won't be posting for a bit - I can barely manage to move my body out of bed at this point. Thanks for your patience and prayers as the whopping dose of Penicillin starts to kick in!

I Love Bliss

Its A Boy...and He's a Keeper!!!
My poor husband ended up the hospital with a VERY nasty pneumonia. He's on IV antibiotics and I've been visiting a couple of times every day. While I've been out and about, I've also been running errands and on the list today was picking up dog food at the pet store. Well, along with Dog food, I picked up another little something for an early Valentine's gift for all '5' of my boys:
I do have to admit that I just left a deposit at the pet store while I 'borrowed' this little guy to see if Andy would fall in love with him like I did - and guess what - HE DID! We had been talking about getting Daisy a little brother or sister but didn't have any definite plans and when I saw this little guy, he stole my heart! He is a bassett hound/terrier cross. After I got the nod from Andy, I took the new puppy home to our oldest - Isaiah:
It was two thumbs up there also. We let Isaiah pick a name for this little guy and he decided on Charlie!
Next, I took Isaiah and Charlie back to the hospital to see Andy and then I went and picked up the little guys from school (I wanted Andy to be able to see their excited little faces when they saw Charlie). Here's what happened:
It was a long hard day meeting those boys and his new sister!

Benjamin was invited to a classmate's birthday party - a little girl - seriously, I am the Mom of ALL boys! I almost had an anxiety attack shopping for a gift for a girl - LOL! It felt like totally unchartered territory - LOL! Well, we found something we hope she liked and I made up this sweet little bag to put her gift in:
The colors look a little funny in the pic but they really did all match - he he! The brads in the center of the flowers are fabric and I was really pleased with how this bag turned out! A little something special for a sweet little girl! Happy Birthday Cait!
