Clean and Simple

Today's PWC was issued to us by Julie!  Her challenge was to create a card using a clean and simple layout.  Our challenge to you is to chose any one of the layouts the Prettie Girls are showing off and make a card with it.  You can upload your cards to the Pretties Weekly Challenge gallery using the keyword  for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.

Since Halloween is just around the corner, I decided to make a cute little Whisker's card with bright colors!
