Another New Bella

Here is another new Bella for ya.  Yes, you can tell I'm sure - I'm addicted.  Pretty soon I am going to have to be the founding member of ADDICTABELLAS ANONYMOUS - LOL! 
In keeping with Valentine's Day here she is:

I really love this card.  There is crystal effects on the balloons and glitter on her eyeshadow, lace at the top of her dress and the little scoops on the bottom of her dress.  I picked up these little heart brads yesterday at Micheals - they are just perfect for this card and the organdy dotted ribbon was a nice finishing touch.  The pp is chatterbox.  She is so soft and pretty.  I hope you enjoy her as much as I did making her! (The card that is!)
